It looks that way. BVTK began the day with the lowest volume since April 10th, even lower than yesterday

Then the final 75 minutes saw huge volume (on a Friday), action that might indicate something special

A similar move happened to MYD* on March 10th (also a Friday). It opened @ .0017 and went as low as .0015 on low volume. In the final trading hour the volume surged and it closed @ .0029 then continued to run to .0226 on March 27th, a gain of 1,229% in 12 trading days
