Well I can teach you on that. When a biotech company says they have enough cash for the next 12 months, they mean to say they are diluting in the next 2 to 3 months. They don't wait until the end to raise cash, because they want to make sure they get people on board due to market conditions, etc. That's a free biotech lesson from me to you.

Having said that RXII is a mess and I no longer own it. Geert has been a terrible CEO. Had another CEO been given the company RXI might be sitting in a better spot. He has run into the ground with dilution and multiple reverse splits. Also the CMO Pamela Pavco leaving in the middle of the scar trials ongoing is not encouraging either. Yah she stayed on the board but left as the CMO. She didn't even retire.
