My concern is that they have l.7 million in liabilities and no revs (so far). My stock broker friends tell me be careful on these type of mergers because they often produce dilution in order to get the company up and running...My question is does anyone know the exact share count? When will we find out about the share count (10 q or merger)? I know this isn't a pump/dump because of their technology/products. I'm just trying to feel more confident about my investment. I've been burned before in pennyland. Not here to be negative, just trying to get info to make a good decision. Thanks to all
