Maybe someone just tired of waiting. There was some substantial trading after the announcement. It could be someone that bought in after the announcement and thought it would be a sure double or triple.

Or, POW! could be using shares to pay for minor bills, like they were doing before the Disney first look deal. POW! can't do this with more than a few million shares before they lose the majority vote, though. So this is less likely, they need the majority vote to pull off the Camsing deal.

If I had to guess, I wold go with someone just wanting out.
