why are they using pre reverse split prices for the amount that they sold the shares for?

"Between the date of the Purchase Agreement, April 3, 2017, and July 14, 2017, the Company has sold an aggregate 34,314,746 Shares to the Investor at an average price of approximately $4.42 per share"
