10K and 10Q Filings

We have submitted the 10K to our current auditor Acell and hope to have it filed within 2 weeks. However due to POAB requirements we need to change auditors every 5 years so we will be announcing the new auditor and file the 10Q for the first quarter of 2017 thereafter.

The WHEN management is in discussions and negotiations with several companies with revenues and exciting new innovation or technology, including public ones, in order for WHEN to acquire a majority or minority ownership stake in the companies. Currently, our negotiations and focus are to achieve this without issuing more shares or causing dilution for WHEN shareholders.
