Not that there's much "news" here. 50% of patents? That's a little different than 50% of a company. So, which is it?

Kiley Group Inc. (OTC: KGRI) has recently acquired 50% interest in the U.S. patents of SAINT Brand Cannabis, which provides for KGRI 50% of all net compensation received from any third parties from any utilization of the patents.

Or is that all there is to Saint Brands..... just patents?
