Fisty has been 100% right about this investment. I don't care what others think about her personally. It's an investment, not a popularity contest. In this case, she is right and you are wrong. Yes, QBID has equity in QTN. No, QBID common shareholders do not. Subsidiaries are formed to be controlled privately. It's illegal to offer their unregistered shares to the public. Fisty is correct. I'm sorry about that. If you need an example, use Fat Frank's. They were selling unregistered securities in Texas. You see the result of their actions.
