The fact that they wont release the names of healthcare companies for the pilot usage (1000 fortune company and 2000 fortune company) most probably means that it is so huge that they dont want the peices to fly right now!
Imo they are wanting those billionaires investors to buy shares cheap! The increase in restricted shares are increasing a lot from 200k to 202 milly in a month which means they are trying to accumulate as much as they can those cheap prices to reduce the float significantly!
They wont be able to reduce the float a lot if the price is very high, it will cost the a looot!
Imho The day they release the financials and get current is the day those investors are done buying and then the enormous news hits and we fly like rocket ship!
I think we will keep on moving up gradually the same way we have been doing untill we get current!
Once we get current, lots of new eyes / rich investors will be buying BVTK for the long run and that will reduce the float even more! Thats where the big bang will happen!
All this is my opinion but im 99% sure because we have seen it before and companies of this grade that wants to get into NASDAQ make sure the orchestra is a piece of art so it doesnt experience a pump and dump liKE most OTC companies and loose its value toward shareholders eyes!
We have governmental contracts and negotiating ecrypt one with the white house as well NATO countries, health care and Russia!
This company is much bigger than anyone can imagine!
An OTC company that has a contract with NASA is much bigger than anyone can imagine!
An OTC company that has a management with white house clearance and insider connections is much bigger than anyone can imagine!
An OTC company that has a CEO that worked for Bush, Obama and now Trump is much bigger than anyone can imagine!
An OTC company that has a CEO which turned 4 companies into billions of dollars worth is the JACKPOT!
Odds are, we will be there in no time, specially that Ecrypt one can solve the cyber attacks experienced these days!
They all need the product, and we wouldnt have several meetings in washington if they are not interested.

I am beeing very very patient and locked my shares to 4$ GTC because what we will see in the future will be a shock to every investors on OTC. People will be talking about BVTK for centuries!
I hardly can see any negative signs on this company! The prices right now are more than a steal.
A billionare is a billionaire because he has an incredible vision and mostly never go wrong! If a billionaire and a former microsoft executive is investing in BVTK, then ... (you can complete my sentence.) They surely has more experience in growing companies than any of us.
