Well I would imagine they will push the board to divest and initiate buybacks since that's the quickest way to boost eps and their return, that's just what activist hedge funds do whether it's in the best interest for the company in the long run or not. I just think you have to think how they think, "what's the fastest way to get a return". May not be the case but I'm just going off of what their nature is
