This is just expected for a start up pinksheet stock. The good is that Simon already has a tech employment company, Hiredon, that's been in business for several years... there should be a limited learning curve here and a nice ramp up for success

Any public co, whether stinky pinky or high flying nasdaq, tap the equity markets to raise funds to grow their biz. A CEO taking $60k yearly salary is peanuts compared to what I have seen other otc stocks do. We need a little more clarity on the consultants, but maybe that is how Joe and/or Brian are getting paid
