A good CPA should be able to compile FINS for a company this size in no more than two weeks. I should know, I was a CPA for thirty years and did it several times. So the questions remains......WHERE ARE THE FINS. Maybe they keep all their records in shoe boxes but that seems unusual for a cyber security company!!! So the question of delay is suspect at best.
