PAWS has licensing agreements with different companies for different products. PAWS has been working with Freeze Tag for a while now ("Kitty Pawp" has 50k-100k DLs on google play), and Freeze Tag is the first to bring Garfield into the AR realm via Garfield GO. The Garfield GO game, and other games they did with PAWS, are exclusive to Freeze Tag. Out of all the Garfield games, PAWS has been featuring Garfield GO on their front page for weeks. Why? All the big players involved with this believe in it and they are working very hard behind the scenes to make this a huge success.
