As per a conversation a few posts back:

We were talking about a brokerage who would allow foreign traders to trade otc pink.

https://www.suretrader.com/ It is this one. They claim being a division of Swiss something or another, but they are based out of the Bahamas.

They also have no pattern day trader rule, you can margin up to your eyeballs etc. I have heard a couple good reviews on it....so if someone wants to buy a good chunk of ASTI float you could probably get it on margin.
