Ronin is a shareholder. The current BOD effectively are not.

Explain to me how Ronin will profit and the rest of the shareholders won't. He has no history of jumping in and out of companies for a quick profit, or of selling off pieces of a company.

If Ronin makes money, shareholders make money.

If the current BOD makes money, the current BOD makes money. We dilute to pay their salaries. That is a fact.

From your proverb it sounds like you will stick with this BOD no matter what. Is it because you know how they are screwing everyone and have for years and you've just become accustomed to it. I honestly don't understand.
