F1ash, Announcing an up-listing filing when qualifications (BOD's) were unsatisfied, then 2 months later announce new BOD's joining to meet standards should have been Leo's dismissal... However, CTIX back then was not a real company and still is not structured so today... The stock never recovered from Leo's mistake, which led to Mako's birth August 2015... The rest is history and at 1.04 per/share there's not much else to say... The hope now is that SOMEONE bails Leo out of his financial HOLE!!!
