I have heard it said that institutional investors are the ones that really drive a stock price, and that they don't invest in penny stocks. They want stocks listed on a major exchange. Major exchanges have qualifications a stock must meet to get listed. Profit over a number of quarters for one. There is a pps around $5.00 that must also be met. These conditions vary by exchange. I haven't checked them all. My question is, is it even reasonable to think that CCTC will be up listed to a major exchange in the near term , say 12 months or so? So, it looks like it's up to us, the small investor, to do the heavy lifting to get the pps high enough, long enough to get up listed.
