w/possible no share issuance, it will be trading at least it's EBV. powerful balance sheet (best in years), net assets (minus debt) $500m, up to $392m of future revenues. Judge reviewed pre hearing documents & wants to hear a brief summary from both sides, to rule on $drys Temp Restraining order.
