'SoftParade' you are high up on my mental list ! ( you deserve and earned that comment) I hold you in high regard and thank you for your input on the SLJB board. Your post is once again excellent and 'Clear Cut'.
When I bought into SLJB ( a series of buys ) long ago I believe I bought Phantom stock. Of course once the broker sold it to me it became real stock unless the company goes out of Business.
So I no longer hold Phantom stock.
Now any stock over and above the float ( Phantom Stock ? ) bought by the company like when Dennis bought back the float "And Then Some" from the public market now that's of interest to talk about yes ?
How much stock is and "them some ?" pick a number OK ?
in any case I expect if stock just keeps being sold endlessly how would the stock ever go up .
it would be easy for me to guess lol but this is our money and I don't care to guess.
I would expect the company knows all about the selling into the Pr's yet I hear no mention of it from them or any large stockholders I know of
This seams strange somehow ? If I owned a company and large amounts of stock was sold with each PR I would be conserned.

This need to be addressed by someone of stature in the Company directly yes ?
