sort of like FINRA's *revised* MM Monthly showing %s for *actual* volume
reported via MMs .. (hired entities sold to highest bidder)

and recognizing it's not retail that illegally manipulates OTC targets
like P2O via PTOI

rather it is NR (non retail) .. ;) .. and it's done via cycles of money (UP/DOWN)

which works until it doesn't .. i.e. NR is UPSIDE DOWN
