Unfortunately, I believe I do understand the rationale of the PR.

I'm sorry you don't understand the rationale but it is what it is.



Without an outside source to verify the value of the patents or already having a company they were in negotiations with to sell, this appears as nothing more than a pump to try to sell stock by the company.
