Apparently you have taken over many companies? Is the first order to change the website...if your business doesn't rely on it for direct sales? 2 months isn't that long with all the other potential issues they are addressing too. In all honesty, it sounded like he wasn't even aware it didn't work right until I told him. So relax and let's give it some time.
