So is there another proxy coming from some other group? Are there others that are going to be added to the ticket that are not fully aligned with the current BOD? And if not would you still give your full faith to the group who has a strong history of shady dealings in and outside of PPHM? If so, what do you feel the current BOD offers as far as future value? Do you really believe they plan on making a multi billion dollar deal when they have no skin in the game? They will benefit little from such a deal. Common sense says their only interest is to continue the status quo which has been decimating to shareholders.

As far as our management team know they are in full collusion with the current BOD. I know some are loyal to Steve King but Mr. King has proven loyal to only himself by aligning his interests with this shady group of characters. No CEO with ethics would continue in that capacity knowing the shady dealings of this BOD. That is my opinion but please dispute it and I will certainly weigh your argument.

If Dart is supportive of this group it is only because a back room deal was made. He is too shrewd an investor to align himself with such a group that have no skin in the game and a history of self dealings. My opinion again but I would like to hear the counter argument.

Hear Ronin out. They are focused on value. They have a winning history. And if they see value in the IP they will exploit it.
