My assumption is that it is not TDA thats in trouble because they are just the broker. The ones that are shorting the stock is the MM's. Now I think MM Knite Securities (NITE) is the ones that are seriously short. TDA uses NITE as their primary MM for OTCBB stocks and they most likely are in this together. Everyone knows NITE has always been shorting OTCBB stocks so seeing this PR that TDA short doesn't suprise me. This is indeed old news, they have been doing this since forever but I got to admit this is the first time I seen a company attack them like this.

The question now is since they know about the shorts what is RPH going to do about it? Was this email to wild up investors to tackle TDA or will CSHD take action? After all they do have lawyers right?
