Yes, the Sec is who suspended trading, But how and why are the questions I ask myself, there are numerous OTC companies that are delinquent and questionable. Seems to be a lot of short interest here and a SEC suspension/trading greys I imagine could be about the best thing to happen in that situation, There are people that are enjoying this please be aware of that. One thing we can do though as longs is set your sell order over a penny .01+. I would imagine shorts will cover Monday morning which means buying pressure. IF you are going to sell, then No sense in just giving away your shares for next to nothing.
