This is actually the 4th time they are trying to sell a vehicle on eBay.
As for having half of what they said they needed to finish the Neuera, that would actually suit them perfectly. They would have yet another excuse for not finishing anything. They are incapable of completing any project. That said, they probably have a reserve much higher than $250k. This auction, in my opinion, is nothing more than a publicity stunt. A cry for attention. Everybody is getting coverage with the renewed interest in flying cars, but Moller is, and rightly so, being left out. I think he wants some of the coverage as well.
