They have starting collecting revenue from products and leasing land since May. Wait until second Q results around early August and the numbers with correct the stock price as well as a bonus from the fixed revenue stream from land and the potential that brings as they get the other properties leased out as well.

It's all in the PRs we just need to see the actual numbers and everything will correct itself and then some.
