ISBG discussed that issue a while back. They do not want a reverse split if market conditions permit.

As Besado takes off-- the share price could increase dramatically.

Further, their are other alternatives to a reverse split. Making mountains out of molehills is useless, so is attempting to incite false panic about ISBG based on nonsensical speculation.
