thanks, just looked in to the patents from them, they filled the application in 2015 with a couple patents that are still pending and TTCM filled it Patents much earlier: Filling date is already 2013, publication date is in 2014 issue date is 2017, so if we are talking about the same thing, if we are talking about a patent which cant be issued twice, than TTCM earlier filled Patent should absorb the other one.

Further, iam going to ask me, why that patent from the other Co, which got later filled got in much shorter time issued...someone must have slept..
