I agree with you that it would have been better to state it in such terms. I would be far more comfortable had they included something like Bavi needs to be placed with a far better funded entity to fully explore the best possible combination with the new evolving I/O candidates based on encouraging recent publications (or something like that), which is far too costly for PPHM to do on its own with its current financial condition. However, Ronin didn't couch it that way. They basically said it has not been proven to do anything, and should be shut down and sold off.

I just didn't like the tone. My opinion. Feel free to disagree.
