That is exactly my point. If Ronin's proposed Board members are negotiating the deal to monetize the Bavi IP and demand something worthwhile in return, the BP would simply pull out the letter and say "well according to you, it's not worth paying more to investigate it, so why would we pay your number."

This does raise a concern of whether Ronin would monetize the IP for a low ball offer. Their statements should concern shareholders who believe that PS targeting does in fact work in some fashion. I like to think that it does, otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed invested for so long.

But please, do not think that I support the current BOD in any way. I want them out like years ago. But it does raise the question of whether it is "better to dance with the devil you know (than the devil you don't)."

I guess we all wait to see how this turns out. The call on Friday will be interesting.
