NEW President & CEO, Mr. Henri Holm

Henri Holm brings over 20 years of international hands-on strategy execution experience. A Harvard Business School Alumni, his accomplishments include scaling-up the functions for multinational firms, covering digital content, gamification, brand management, licensing, mobile devices, manufacturing, distribution and retail operations. Focused on consumer and partner value, Henri’s most recent executive positions include holding the CFO role at Intigral Corp., which is a leading provider of video products, billing and sports content services within the Middle-East region. Additionally, Mr. Holm was Senior Vice President at Rovio Entertainment, where he oversaw the development and growth of the highly successful ANGRY BIRDS FRANCHISE across Asia. As well, Henri held progressive titles ranging from Chief Financial Officer, Head of Business Operations, Global Category Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager and Product Manager at various divisions of Nokia from 1995 to 2011.

2011 Rovio turned down a $2 billion acquisition offer from Zynga.
In 2012, Rovio teamed up with companies like NASA, Walmart, and National Geographic to widen its reach.

“FanDom Sports Mobile App” has been successfully launched for public download. The app is available globally from the iOS App Store, maintained by Apple Inc. FanDom Sports Media’s app allows sport fans to fully engage in authentic, raw and fresh sports-themed debates

FanDom Sports Media has a management team with all the requisite skills to make FanDom a major player in the sports entertainment industry. The board of directors has a mix of strengths and experience in both the public markets and the tech sector. The board is well decorated with awards earned through work on past apps and games




REVENUE MODEL:


The Company has identified multiple revenue streams, from the selling of ad space, sponsorships (both local & national) and in-app purchases within the FanDom Sports App. The app was also built as a widget, which will enable sports teams to implement FanDom’s "white label" back end Argument Engine™ on their own team apps to promote more engagement, i.e. increased “stickiness” with their fans.

Our revenue model is based on delivering quality content that is relevant to advertiser’s target audiences while engaging all levels of sports “fandom.” The FanDom Sports App is designed to support multiple revenue streams:

Traditional advertising units (pre-roll, post-roll, banners, buttons)
Sponsorship (local & national), including events that bring FanDom users together in the real world

Custom branded content, in particular under FanDom Life section where we will match advertisers/brands with athletes, celebs and/or fans to create compelling original sports-themed content

In-app purchases that allow users to gain status in the “Sport Court” for exclusive posting privileges/content, prizes, and invitations to sponsored events
