I would certainly like to see where you are getting your information from because I use an APP tracking software that analyzes all APP's. That is the opposite from what I see. Except for a few small spikes in downloads over the last several months the rate of downloads is on a steady decline.

In fact the APP ranking is also on a steady decline except for the same small spikes around the same time as the downloads briefly increased.
