If you believe the press releases by Camsing, POW! has some 270 intellectual properties (IP). I've added up well over 100 properties that were made public as of 2010, so 270 isn't unreasonable, for 2017. It's the IP that has value for POW!, not the business it runs.
Stan and Gill have already filed to de-list POW!, so I doubt anyone will buy it for a shell.

Disney Publishing had a measure of success developing POW!'s "Zodiac Legacy" as an illustrated novel. an Artist and writer were hired to develop it. This was something that POW! could have done without Disney.
I'm assuming Disney made millions from the trilogy. The first book had three print runs (the first print run was for 300,000 copies) and the second book had two print runs.
