i would not short this at the current stage of proceedings not enough reward. eventually it will find its bottom, maybe its now maybe not, but GE runs the show and he will decide when to stop dilution, he knows being a foreign company means he can pretty much do as he pleases as long as he tells everyone first.
Plenty of smart money thought they caught bottom in the last 8 months, plenty got burnt.

GLTU but its no sure thing. Only GE makes money consistently here
