I think had Art lived, POW! probably would have done better under Disney's first look deal. Unlike Stan and Gill, I think Art would have had POW! developing some content (graphic novels). It would have led to a small revenue stream as well as an easier way for other companies to develop the content. Disney probably would have bought out POW! at the end of the first look deal.
But, Art did pass away. Stan and Gill squandered the money Disney's deal brought in.
I think if Camsing does end up buying POW!, Gill will be let go as soon as Stan isn't able to work anymore. Unless Gill stocked away money, he may find himself without much means, in the near future. He should have negotiated better deals or found someone that could.
