Good catch re: the share count. All I know is Rufus may have sealed his company's fate with this PR. I spoke to Ameritrade about something non related and asked them if they were aware of this PR and they said OH YES it is being dealt with right now. I think this CEO has lost it. I hope he has 100% solid proof in his accusations or the hammer will fall from all sides.

Bottom line: Shorts do not destroy good companies, good companies destroy shorts!!
