I think it's more likely POW! is currently run by two old guys that don't understand the stock market. I think Arthur Lieberman was the brains behind the company.
POW! has pretty much gone downhill (and in a hole) since Art passed away. Gill might be president, but, it's obvious he doesn't know what he is doing. It's too bad Gill hasn't done more to build up the company, his shares could have been worth $10's of millions (and maybe more).
I think you forget several reputable companies (Disney, Sony NBC Universal, Sky 1, FOX, etc) have done business with POW!.
