why plunder countless hours in multiple dilutions/ shares issuance, to only immediately turnaround and exercise a buyback?

totally counter-productive. hell its counter-intuitive at face value.
the R/S is the only reasonable tactic to drive this into OTC QB qualification.

that can be a plan on the table for 6 more months, in the near term it is much more likely that mgmt is ironing out details to close acquisitions and other activities to create business value.
