I used a range of dilution between 18% and 22%
If you do the math, I was estimating a price between $21 and $26.
I do not think any reasonable investor would think that the dilution would happen at the peaks above $27.
This move puts the company above $300 million in cash. That provides leverage and removes any concern about finances for quite some time. This places the focus on what they have in the pipeline and how good the pipeline is when compared to existing treatments
