Maybe Dan`s scenario was to grab as much as he can,and then put a big red ribbon around Adxs and sell it for 50.00 a share,and the BOD was`nt aligned with that outcome,and showed him the door. Either way though there`s far too much on Adxs`s plate already to be sold for a lousy 2 billion,and there`s more coming to over flow Adxs`s plate,with big cash upfront for Axal,and any of the new partnership deals that are to come as well.
