I think you may be right. Ronin certainly detailed all of these concerns to PPHM privately before going public with the letter.

So now they may be attempting to force the BOD and executive committee's hand.

Accept the very good offer you got for PS Blockade and the other deal offer you got for exosomes, or WE'RE TEAMING UP WITH DART TO BOOT YOU OFF THIS GRAVY TRAIN.
