It saddens me greatly that they have been delisted from the .OB status, but I don't think it will stop there merger either,

I believe they intentionally let it happen as to confuse & deter from the truth of what is about to really happen, although they are going forward with the merger.

I believe they are going to start diluting the #%$$ out of this now. Keep an eye on the shares traded per trade, only time will tell but thats my assumption.
