Nicee congrats brother that one has paid you a cpl times recently.. Yes its considered day trading.. In regards to taxation it isss best to have at least 25k+ in the account butt it is not a requirement ... You are afforded 3 round trips in a 5 day window... Sooo if you see a good opportunity to flip you can buy and sell in the same day 3 times before your account is froze...
