Hey Zippie, you been around awhile.... I wish this company was exploding, but its not.

The PPS is .23

And now they are going to pocket 50 million a year? and reverse split to quickly clean up the fundamentals and increase the PPS? And the reverse split only effects our shares not the preferred?

Why not stop diluting the common share and stop toxic financing and let us all grow and prosper. together?

Not do some quick fix that only effects the common shareholder
