OMG please ....this has been talked about to death lol They tried to sneak the preferred share ratio vote by us in 8/2016. This forum was livid for weeks....derek did nothing, but as soon as ALAN outed them in a public story which was all true.....they suddenly had a change in their greedy hearts lol They took it off the vote in 24 hours lol

It doesnt matter anyway. We have no voting power lol The preferred share holders have all the power to veto anything.

Anyway Derek warned of a Reverse split 2 times after that story.....on conference calls.

The reverse split was created for a reason.... It is a logical tool to use when cleaning up the fundamnetals

and it also increases your preferred share value ( which will not be split)
