couple of points for those interested:
It is obvious and notable that PPHM BOD would not VOLUNTARILY agree to appoint new BOD members proposed by Ronin. Otherwise there would be no need for this letter and those nominees would be proposed by PPHM.
I really like that one of the BOD nominees is an executive with a $1.9B contract manufacturing company. certainly the right experience and many possibilities there
It will certainly be interesting to see current BOD/management response to this letter...their position to me is indefensible, even if they truly believe in BAVI. The breaches of fiduciary duty, lack of stock ownership, outrageous and egregious board and management fees at the expense of shareholders is beyond actionable, and downright offensive. I can only hope there is accountability for them one day.
I don't see how the new director nominees DO NOT get voted in. Current BOD and management do not have enough stock to carry a vote to hire a cleaning person.
Looks like this was one big trade for Swartz and Co, since he used to own 3+ million shares, I recall. Guess he liquidated at the right times and figured no harm in hanging on for the big salary until someone says otherwise. Fortunately for us injured longs the Ronin group now says otherwise.
I contacted Stephen White, investor relations for the group. I will be offering my help in organizing shareholders to assemble votes to help ensure these actions get carried at the ASM.
To me this IHUB board is a good platform for communication with some large suffering longs. I will post early next week and offer suggestions on organizing shareholders to discuss the options and join together for collective voting, which IMO is to vote with the Ronin group. I can circulate a conference call number for those interested.
My only interest here is my long shares of PPHM, and fellow SH who with me got absolutely abused and fleeced by this current MGMT and BOD. ALL IMO
