It is a material event that both companies need to file 8K...but for some reason, they might file some type of filings/notifications to SEC to defer the announcement of the acquisition.

I still stick to my theory of before or on Zimmer's conference call day of 27th this month.

Amedica will be like LDR...no more trading, but still DBA (Do Business As) Amedica entity, a sub. of Z.

As of BO price...I would guess most likely share exchange like

X amount of amda's share for 1 Zimmer' share.
