Navigator, Enterprise Product Partners Sign LOI to Jointly Develop Ethylene Marine Export Terminal in Houston

07:11 AM EDT, 07/13/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Navigator Holdings (NVGS) and Enterprise Product Partners L.P. (EPD) said late Wednesday that they have signed a letter of intent to jointly develop an ethylene marine export terminal on the Houston Ship Channel.

Enterprise would manage the construction, operations and commercial activities of the proposed facility, which would be located at Enterprise's Morgan's Point Complex.

The project is subject to the signing of definitive documentation, and commercialization will be subject to sufficient long-term commitments.
