Opko Health Inc (OPK)

First....Grow rate is no where near 20%..... for BRLI... OPK has spent a lot of money cleaning up their accounting systems.....

Second.... BRLI was suppose to give us fast track implementation for our products... that was the stated reason for buying BRLI...... IMO... both 4K and RAYALDEE was helped very little!!!

Third..... OPK is not about normal pricing of the stock.... it is a buyout play!!!!! FROST Cannot sell any shares without causing a panic..... so to make the big money he needs to sell OPK....

IMO It is far more likely that companies will bid for OPK if BRLI. Is sold off or spun off!!! Don't think many pipeline buyers want a lab....

SO I COULD SEE A SHORTS PANIC IF IT WAS SPUN OFF..... they might be thinking that was FROST putting up a FOR SALE sign on OPK
